Originally from Washington, DC, Kathy Murray is
an artist and graphic designer living in Charlton,
MA. After earning an MFA in painting from Maryland Institute, she began a career as a graphic
artist and teacher of computer graphics. She has
regularly exhibited prints, drawings and paintings
in regional solo and group shows and was mentioned as one of “Worcester’s 20 Artists You Need
to Know” by GoLocalWorcester. Kathy is a member
of the Blackstone Printmakers and the Good Press Printmakers in Worcester and formerly
served on the board of the QVCAH Arts Center in Southbridge, MA. Her teaching credentials
include Becker College, New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University, and the
Worcester Art Museum.
